Terms of Service

By downloading or using Apex Timer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Apex Timer is a personal interval training timer for iOS. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Apex Timer offers optional premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All content, design, trademarks, and code within the App are the property of Ange RODRIGUEZ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our branding, logos, or intellectual property outside of normal App usage.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular fitness purpose. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ange RODRIGUEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
